New Client Services
First time clients are strongly encouraged to select a New Client Service. If you are a first time client and you book a service specified for returning clients, please keep in mind, you will receive specifically what is detailed in that service description. If you are in need of a more step by step, guided and informational session, please book Ultimate Curl Experience (Hands-on). Due to the difference in time allotted for each service, upgrading to the Ultimate Curl Experience on the day of your appointment will most likely not be possible.

A Curl Define service is included with all my curl services but you do have the option to be styled in a flat twisted style.
​
If you have excessive heat or chemical damage, depending on how much damage you have, and how much you are ready to cut; a Curl Experience service may not be for you YET. A Wash Day Remedy or Chic Press may be the best place to start. When you are ready to commit to primarily wearing your hair out, discovering your curls, and learning how to master styling your curls yourself, I am the stylist for you. If you are unsure if the services offered are appropriate for you at this time, please email me or book a consultation.

What to Expect
The experience starts when you click "Book Now". My booking will allow you to see all my up to the minute availability, prices, and service descriptions. Upon booking you will receive an email confirmation and a reminder 48 hrs in advance.​

The day of your appointment -- You will pull up to my salon, Chic Beauty Collective inside the Fletcher Regency Plaza . We've got plenty of free parking, and are right off the I-275.
​
Once you make your way inside, I will seat you, and we will begin your appointment with a consultation. Here, we will discuss not only the details of your first visit, but also a long-term plan to ensure all of your hair goals are met.

If you're here for color, a formula will be custom blended for you and recorded in my system so that it's always ready and waiting at each visit. If you're here for a hair cut, we will craft a shape to compliment your face, lifestyle, and overall hair goals.
​
Now the magic begins. We head over to the shampoo bowl which is everyone’s FAVORITE part… including mine! I’ll massage your scalp with the best shampoo for your unique hair needs. I will rinse the shampoo out and apply conditioner or necessary treatments & painlessly detangle. Keeping your hair in tip top shape is my ultimate goal.
I've got Wi-Fi, bottled water, hot & cold beverages, snacks, phone chargers, and more to keep you comfortable as you receive your service. You can even enjoy Netflix or vibe to our salon favorite Spotify station as you receive your service.​

We finish styling and I ask if I can take a few photos of your hair for my portfolio. You gladly accept! I grab my phone, my ring light and we embark upon a mini photoshoot; for the 'Gram of course. Don't worry, this will be fun! I will walk you through on how to pose and I will only use the pictures that we decide you and your hair look the best in. I will also send them to you for you to share with your family and friends! .
I will recommend at home styling care & products to recreate and maintain your look at home. To make sure #selfcare is always on your calendar, we will talk about your next maintenance appointment.
