All appointments are booked online via the link located at the bottom of this page, which is powered by the Acuity scheduling system. Once you have selected your service, date and time and have entered your contact information, you will be asked to put a credit card on file to secure your appointment. A $35 deposit is required at the time of booking. The balance will be paid in salon via cash or card. Once you have successfully booked an appointment, you will receive an email confirming your selected service and appointment date and time.
If you are attempting to book and no dates appear as available for a particular service, that means the dates are all booked up for that service. There is no wait list. You may be able to find a time slot open due to a cancellation by checking the booking site frequently. The calendar opens 6 weeks at a time. You are welcome to select a premium service which will allow you to book Sundays, early mornings and late evenings.
Your appointment is very important to me. This time is reserved especially for you. I do understand things happen, but if something comes up and you need to cancel your appointment, please do so at least 24 hours before your scheduled appointment. If you cancel your deposit will be forfeited. If you reschedule less than 24 hrs your deposit will be forfeited. If you reschedule before 34 hours of your appointment your deposit will transfer.
Late cancellations (cancelling less than 24 hours before your appointment) will be charged of 50% of the service total.
No Shows will be charged 100% of the service total.
*If fee is not paid you will not be able to re-book for a future appointment.
By booking an appointment, you are agreeing with the late cancellation and no show policy. If you need to cancel, please do so by clicking on the “Change/Cancel Appointment” link located at the bottom of your appointment confirmation email. If you have created an account on Acuity (highly recommended for faster booking in the future), you can cancel through your client profile. If you have trouble canceling your appointment via the Acuity system, please contact me via email as soon as possible so that I can cancel the appointment for you.
This policy is in place out of respect for my time. Cancellations with less than 24 hours notice are difficult to fill. By giving last minute notice or no notice at all, you prevent someone else from being able to schedule into that time slot.
I understand that uncontrollable things can happen that might cause you to run late. Please reach out if you know you will be late. If you are more then 15 minutes late to your appointment, we might have to reschedule your appointment or alter your service for something that fits your time, so that the next guests' appointment is not disrupted.
Due to the difference in time allotted for each service, upgrading your service will most likely not be possible but if it is I have no problem making a change.My main goal is to have you feeling beautiful and empowered with your new look exiting the salon. If you are having any challenges with your hair cut or color, please reach out within 48hrs to have a complementary adjustment. There are no refunds on services and changing your mind on a color or cut is not considered an adjustment. I do want you to be 100% happy with your hair.
If you are not happy with a retail product you have purchased, you can return it and receive a full refund within 7 days. Please note any discounted retail products are none refundable.
